Chemical-resistant vacuum pump consisting of N 840 G diaphragm vacuum pump, base plate, separator on the suction side and high-performance condenser on the pressure side. Thanks to the high compatibility of steam and condensate, the system is perfectly suited for extremely aggressive/corrosive gases and vapours.
