Strong and economic industrial balance
Ranger 3000 is a multipurpose scale for industrial environments. Compared to the 4000 series (metal structure), it is equipped with an ABS armor, lighter and cheaper, but still very robust (as shown in the video).
Application methods
Weighing - Calculation of the weight of the items in the unit of measurement
selected.
Percent Weighing — Calculating the percentage of the weight of a
sample with respect to a predetermined reference weight.
Piece Counting — Piece counting with uniform weights.
Checkweighing / Percentage / Counting - Compare weight,
the percentage and count of a sample against the limits
set targets. Possibility of choosing between Weighing Control, Control
Percentage and Counting Control.
Accumulation — Totalization of weight, count and percentage. Calculate
the total accumulated weight, the count or the percentage of the singles
articles.
Dynamic Weighing — Weighing of an unstable load. The balance determines
the average of several weighings made in a given period of time.
Display lock — Locks the last stable weigh manually
or automatically on the scale display. It is activated
by setting the time interval in Dynamic Weighing mode to zero
