General features:

• Entirely made of electrogalvanized AISI304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1 to 1.5 mm, cold bent - Gray RAL7035
• External finish made of acid resistant epoxy resin and passage through a thermal tunnel at 200 °C

Characteristics of the TYPE 90 COMPARTMENT FOR FLAMMABLE PRODUCTS:

• Cabinet insulation with high density rock wool panels and calcium sulphate panels for the compartment dedicated to flammables
• Internal finish with melamine panels highly resistant to chemical and aggressive vapours
• Facility that allows replacement of spare parts if necessary
• Automatic closing of the doors when the ambient temperature exceeds 50°C
• 30 mm thermo-expanding insulating gaskets which, in the event of a temperature increase, guarantee perfect sealing of the cabinet according to the EN14470-1 standard
• Air inlet and outlet with certified fire dampers that close the ducts when the temperature exceeds 70 °C according to DIN 4102-6
• Closing and locking system that allows the cabinet doors to be kept open and to close them automatically in the event of an ambient temperature exceeding 50 °C
• Anti-spark hinge which guarantees perfect solidity of the doors
