CABINETS CERTIFIED FOR THE STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE PRODUCTS

The FIRE series models have undergone destructive, fire resistance and quality control tests in an independent accredited laboratory and have been certified according to the stringent EN14470-1 standard of 2023.
Furthermore, twice a year, production is checked and verified
quality and the production process.

Chemisafe offers a complete range of TYPE 90 fireproof cabinets
minutes; the structure of the cabinet, the automatic closing of the doors, the thermo-expanding gaskets and the fire dampers ensure the containment of the cabinet for 90 minutes and maximum protection of people.

All models in this series meet the highest European standards and are certified according to the standards:

  • EN14470-1 (new version 2023): 90 minute fire resistance certificate
  • EN16121

Features of FIRE safety cabinets for flammable products:

  • Completely made of electrogalvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 1 - 1.5 mm, cold bent - Gray RAL 7035
  • External finish made of acid-resistant epoxy resin and passage through a thermal tunnel at 200°C
  • Cabinet insulation using high-density rock wool panels and calcium sulphate panels
  • Internal finish with melamine panels highly resistant to chemical and aggressive vapors
  • Structure that allows replacement of spare parts if necessary
  • Automatic closing of the doors when the ambient temperature exceeds 50 °C
  • 30 mm thermo-expanding insulating gaskets which, in the event of a temperature increase, guarantee perfect sealing of the cabinet according to the EN14470-1 standard
  • Air inlet and outlet with certified fire dampers that close the ducts when the temperature exceeds 70 °C according to standard 4102-6
  • Arrangement for ventilation through a Ø 100 mm flange for an external connection or a filtration ventilation system (see chapter on ventilation)
  • Closing and locking system that allows you to keep the cabinet doors open and close them automatically in case of ambient temperatures above 50 °C
  • Non-sparking hinge which guarantees perfect solidity of the doors
  • Cabinet equipped with earthing
  • Adjustable leveling feet
  • Door with lock and key
  • 3 height-adjustable shelves in painted steel (BASIC series) or stainless steel (EASY series), 1 retention tray with grid
  • Shelf fixing with aluminum pegs, excluding all risks of sparks
