CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
External: constructed entirely of 1/1.5 mm thick cold press-formed sheet steel painted with acid-resistant epoxy powders and subsequent passage in a thermal tunnel at 200°C.
Interior: Internal finishing panels in melamine laminate with high resistance to even aggressive vapours.
Insulation: made up of high-density fiber panels (fibroceramic-free) for high temperatures (800 °C) and calcium sulphate panels.

Recommended and valuable accessories to make your lithium battery cabinet as safe as possible. Total peace of mind even when you are at home or on holiday, thanks to the remote alarms that will alert you via text message, email or call of any problem.
Recommended accessories:
- FBN SENSOR and 4G smoke detector: fire alarm with flashing visual and audible alarm. Additionally, an alarm signal will be sent via SMS, EMAIL and CALL.
- LSSA: fire extinguisher with temperature sensor. The sensor can also be connected to your company's central fire prevention system. The fire extinguisher has the following certifications: UNI EN 15276:2019; ISO 15779:2011; NFPA 2010; Cistec.
- Internal sockets for recharging batteries: possibility of adding sockets with 6 or 10 positions with or without circuit breaker protection.
Optional accessory package:
- FPC: external control panel + automatic fire extinguisher + alarm buzzer + heat and smoke detector (photo to follow).
4G SMOKE DETECTOR
The 4G sensor for LITHIUMSAFE is a smoke detector with communication via 4G LPWAN (Low Power Wide Area Network), with integrated temperature and humidity sensors.
The fire alarm is signaled by sound, flashing visual indicator and sending of alarm via SMS, EMAIL, CALL.
It is designed to be placed on the ceiling in a confined space, under normal conditions (no smoke, dust, condensed water vapour).
Autonomous, easy to use, has a long-lasting battery.
FBN AUTOMATIC EXTINGUISHER
The automatic extinguishing system detects the presence of a fire and releases the extinguishing agent to respond promptly to the danger, reducing damage to the safety cabinet and lithium batteries. The detection takes place through an integrated system which activates an aerosol generator after reaching the limit temperature of 72°.
The extinguisher releases a fine mist that rapidly depletes oxygen, interrupting combustion and limiting the spread of the fire. This approach minimizes collateral damage, providing an efficient response to fires.
CEGSM TELEPHONE DIALER
CEGSM is a device dedicated to the FIRE/SECURITY sector and remote automation. You can create custom profiles and has a 2.8-inch LCD touch-screen display.
Simplified and speeded up installation with the new installation procedure.
The icons are similar to those of a common mobile phone, allowing data entry to be intuitive and extremely simple. Completely manageable remotely, it allows the device to be programmed remotely.

UNIQUE CHEMISAFE PATENT IN THE WORLD - QUARANTINE
QUARANTINE - HOW DOES IT WORK?
In the event of a fire inside the safety cabinet, the patented CHEMISAFE system will automatically overturn the shelves, letting the batteries fall into a tank full of water at the bottom. Furthermore, the batteries, by gravity, will disconnect the main power socket, completely cutting off the power.
WHY THIS SYSTEM?
If the batteries catch fire, it will be very difficult to extinguish the flame due to the chemical components that fuel it; if you manage to put out the fire, it could rekindle by spontaneous combustion. By completely immersing the lithium batteries with the Quarantine system, not only will the fire certainly be extinguished in a short time, but a possible risk of spontaneous combustion is also avoided.
Quarantine is available for both double and single door models and for cabinets without doors (and without hinges).
