The ideal operating temperature for many applications is 37°C , which is optimal for the growth of bacteria and cell cultures. However, some processes require temperatures close to or below room temperature, making it essential to use incubators equipped with cooling systems such as Peltier technology or refrigerant compressors . This is where refrigerated incubators come in handy.
