The Courier 7000 Series is designed to meet your manufacturing, distribution and shipping needs, ensuring accurate and efficient data through intuitive integration with PC-based shipping software. Ideal for environments with intensive use, they offer advanced functionality and operational flexibility.
Main features
- Designed for continuous use, from small offices to large distribution centers. Easy configuration with shipping systems such as UPS and FedEx and local calibration adjustment thanks to the “GeoCode” application.
- Display block to store and view weight data on a large backlit display. Weigh Alert mode alerts you when your weight exceeds defined limits.
- Power via USB Type-C or disposable batteries. Additional options available: Ethernet, second RS232, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi, remote display, ball or roller table for efficient material handling.
Designed for weighing, dynamic weighing with display lock, Weigh Alert function and totalization, the scale is equipped with a 7-segment LCD display with 6 digits, white backlight and digit height of 28 mm. Operation is via a standard AC adapter with detachable USB Type-C cable (included) or 4 AA batteries (not included).
Communication ports include standard RS232 and USB Type-C, with the option to add Ethernet, a second RS232 or Wi-Fi/Bluetooth as optional accessories. The structure consists of an ABS indicator, 304 stainless steel platform, powder coated frame, aluminum load cell and adjustable non-slip rubber feet. The scale offers overload protection up to 150% of the capacity.
Accessories to optimize delivery times and reduce errors
The Courier 7000 scale features a simple four-button interface and can be quickly configured with systems such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager and others thanks to the standard USB-HID interface. Weighing data can be integrated into third-party software via the RS232 output, with additional data connections including Ethernet TCP/IP, a second RS232, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
Built with a rugged, powder-coated carbon steel frame and a heavy-gauge stainless steel platform, the Courier 7000 is designed for years of daily use. It is equipped with precision load cells and software compatible with OIML approved applications.
The ball table and roller options make it ideal for conveyor belts and warehouses, reducing operator workload and increasing efficiency.
The large bright display ensures clear visibility of the weights even in poorly lit areas. The indicator is mounted on the base but can be fixed to a column to be positioned above the platform. A second remote display and second column can be added for additional verification of results.
