Defender 6000 advanced IP68/IP69k washable bench scale
Versatile, precise and extremely resistant. Suitable for extreme humid environments, the new Defender® 6000 bench scale has been designed to offer an IP69K degree of protection and meet the hygienic demands of the chemical and food industries.

Control panel DT61PW, for Defender 6000 Hybrid
Easy to use thanks to its five buttons and its large and bright LCD screen. They offer an optional infrared communication kit to connect without opening the housing. The indicator is capable of storing up to 1,000 weighing results which can be transferred to a PC or system for traceability. PW models can run on standard D-cell batteries for up to 1,600 hours.

Bar matrix display, cut resistant keyboard with dedicated keys for quick product changes and touchless sensor. They offer several connectivity options, including standard RS232 and integrated USB host. Optional: RS232/RS485/USB, analog output, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, Ethernet and discrete I/O with relay. XWE models run on standard mains power, and optional external USB power bank support is available (up to 55 hours with 20,000mAh power bank).

Models without column, only with the DT61PW control panel, are also available for the Defender 6000 Hybrid.
APPLICATIONS
Weighing: Determine the weight of items in the selected unit of measure. Parts Counting: Count items of uniform weight. Advanced auto-optimization software recalculates the average piece weight as the overall weight increases.
Checkweighing/ Checkcounting: Compare the weight of an item against target limits. Compare the count of a package against target limits. Bar matrix or 3-color check light display give clear and bright indication of weight.
Percent Weighing: Display the weight of an item as a percentage of a pre-established reference weight.
Dynamic Weighing and Display Hold: Take an average of weights for an item over a period of time to account for vibration or other interference. The Display Hold feature manually or automatically holds the last stable weight of an item on the display.
Available only in the i-D61XWE models:
Filling: Fill a container to a target weight. 3-color bar matrix displays filling status. Connect with Discrete I/O option kit for an auto-filling system.
Library and User Management: Up to 300 library items (stores part number, tare weights, APWs, under/over limits, set points or reference weight) can be shared within different weighing modes. Up to 100 user IDs can be stored for secure user access and traceability
Resistance and practicality
The Defender 6000 scale features a 316 stainless steel platform and frame, and an advanced wet-weather indicator with IP68/IP69K rating and hermetically sealed load cell, as well as a cut-resistant front panel. Plus, NSF Certified and USDA-AMS Approved; supports HACCP systems, for environments related to food safety.
The scale can withstand any mishap, from food splashes to chemical splashes, and is sturdy enough to be washed down with a high pressure washer.

Plus: 150% overload protection, password menu protection, menu and key lock, stability indicator, overload/underload indicators, low battery level indicator (i-DT61PW models), auto power off and automatic tare. A dedicated target key allows you to quickly configure over/under weight of packs, speed up line changes and simplify and customize templates for data printing.
