The models of the COMBISTORAGE series allow you to safely store products of different nature and with different risks. The safety zone for flammable products is completely fireproof TYPE 90, certified. The chemical zones are also highly resistant to chemical and aggressive vapors, thanks to the high-quality materials with melamine panels.

All models in this series meet the highest European standards and are certified according to the standards:

• EN61010
• EN16121

CAREFUL CONSTRUCTION, WITH THE BEST MATERIALS AVAILABLEThe construction characteristics of the COMBISTORAGE safety cabinets by Chemisafe:

• Completely made of galvanized steel sheet 1 -1.5 mm thick, cold bent - Gray RAL7035
• Cabinet insulation using high-density rock wool panels and calcium sulphate panels
• External finish made of acid-resistant epoxy resin and passage through a thermal tunnel at 200°C
• Internal finish with melamine panels highly resistant to chemical and aggressive vapours
• Intelligent structure, which allows replacement of spare parts if necessary
• Automatic closing of the doors when the ambient temperature exceeds 50 °C
• 30 mm thermo-expanding insulating gaskets which, in the event of a temperature increase, guarantee perfect sealing of the cabinet according to the EN14470-1 standard
• Closing system with lock that allows you to keep the cabinet doors open and close them automatically in case of ambient temperatures above 50 °C
• Non-sparking hinge which guarantees perfect solidity of the doors
• Air inlet and outlet with fire dampers that close the ducts when the temperature is above 70 °C according to the DIN 4102-6 standard
• Arrangement for ventilation through a Ø 100 mm flange for an external connection or a filtration ventilation system (see chapter on ventilation)

Material of the internal compartments for the storage of various families of chemical products:

• Separation using 18 mm thick HPL panels covered with thermo-expanding gaskets (possibility of having up to 3 compartments and customization compartments - do not hesitate to contact us)
