COMBISTORAGE 3C e 4C SERIES

CABINETS FOR THE STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE, CHEMICAL, CORROSIVE AND TOXIC SUBSTANCES

The models of the COMBISTORAGE series allow you to safely store products of different nature and with different risks. The safety zone for flammable products is completely fireproof TYPE 90, certified. The chemical zones are also highly resistant to chemical and aggressive vapors, thanks to the high-quality materials with melamine panels.

All models in this series meet the highest European standards and are certified according to the standards:

  • EN14470-1 (new version 2023): 90 minute fire resistance certificate
  • EN61010
  • EN16121

COMBISTORAGE - CHEMISAFE CERTIFIED SAFETY CABINET

General characteristics:

  • Completely made of electrogalvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 1 - 1.5 mm, cold bent - Gray RAL7035
  • External finish made of acid-resistant epoxy resin and passage through a thermal tunnel at 200°C
  • Cabinet designed for ventilation
  • Cabinet equipped with earthing
  • Adjustable leveling feet
  • ISO 3864: Signage with pictograms

  • Acid area: 2 plasticized steel shelves
  • Base area: 2 stainless steel shelves
  • Toxic substances area: 2 shelves in painted steel
  • Flammable area: 3 shelves and 1 retention tray with painted steel grate

Maximum shelf load of 60 kg evenly distributed.

Caratteristiche del comparto TYPE 90 PER PRODOTTI INFIAMMABILI:

  • Cabinet insulation using high-density rock wool panels and calcium sulphate panels for the compartment dedicated to flammables
  • Internal finish with melamine panels highly resistant to chemical and aggressive vapours
  • Structure that allows replacement of spare parts if necessary
  • Automatic door closing when the ambient temperature exceeds 50°C
  • 30 mm thermo-expanding insulating gaskets which, in the event of a temperature increase, guarantee perfect sealing of the cabinet according to the EN14470-1 standard
  • Air inlet and outlet with certified fire dampers that close the ducts when the temperature exceeds 70 °C according to the DIN 4102-6 standard
  • Closing and locking system that allows you to keep the cabinet doors open and close them automatically in case of ambient temperatures above 50 °C
  • Non-sparking hinge which guarantees perfect solidity of the doors
  • Lock and key
  • Equipped with three shelves and a retention tray with painted steel grid that acts as a shelf

  • Made in two or three compartments with smooth painted or glass doors
  • Cabinet body in galvanized steel
