LITHIUMSAFE SAFETY CABINET
NEW 2024 models, with updated certification and palletized plinth included.

The LITHIUMSAFE line of safety cabinets is made up of innovative high quality products, built in Italy and specifically built for the safe storage of lithium batteries.

These cabinets are designed according to current regulations and can be equipped with numerous accessories for additional levels of safety.

BEST-IN-CLASS CONSTRUCTION

- Made entirely of electro-galvanised sheet steel, cold pressed with removable external structure; thicknesses of 1/1.5/2 millimeters and painting with anti-acid epoxy powders and passage in a thermal tunnel at 200°C.

- Special insulation for high temperatures (800°C) with high density 300 Kg/m3 calcium silicate and mineral fiber panels (fibroceramic-free) fixed with ceramic glues.

- Internal panels in fireproof melamine laminate with high resistance to even aggressive vapours.

Certification according to the new standards EN 14470-1 TYPE 90.

FEATURES THAT MAKE THESE PRODUCTS UNIQUE

  • Self-closing valves certified with 90 minutes of resistance (70°C) of the air inlet and outlet ducts, located above and below the cabinet
  • 100 mm ventilation hole located on the top side of the cabinet
  • Anti-spark hinges in natural iron with brass pin, which guarantee excellent stability of the door
  • 3 cm thermo-expanding gasket. (DIN 4102)
  • 3 perforated shelves 1094x420x39 mm
  • Bottom cup (as required by standard for EN14470)
  • Earth terminal to prevent electrostatic charges
  • Height-adjustable feet
  • Palletized base for easy movement of the safety cabinet

CHEMISAFE QUARANTINE SYSTEM

Thanks to this patented system, in the event of a fire inside the safety cabinet, an automatic response will be activated to overturn the shelves, thus allowing the batteries to fall into a water tank located at the bottom. By immersion, the fire will be promptly extinguished and the potential risk of self-ignition will be effectively neutralised.
Simple and very effective system!

The cabinet is equipped with a water pump and algaecide. The QUARANTINE versions have only 3 shelves instead of the basic 4.

Chemisafe allows you to equip yourself with additional accessories (important and recommended) to make the most of your safety cabinet.

4GSENSOR: smoke/fire detector with alarm via text message, call or email.
FBN: automatic lithium fire extinguisher.
FPC: External control panel with automatic fire extinguisher (FBN), smoke/fire sensor (4GSENSOR) and rotating light
LSSA: Automatic fire extinguisher EN 15276: 2019, ISO 15779: 2011, NFPA 2010 and Cistec.
LSCR: automatic fire extinguisher with control panel, smoke and temperature sensor, rotating beacon.
CEGSM: GSM telephone for fire safety.
Perforated shelf.
Battery charging station, with 6/12 sockets and thermal protection; 220V / 380V 16A or 32A (TYPE E, F, G).

SUCTION SYSTEMS
- Simple electrosuction fans, ATEX.
- Molecular suction systems certified according to NFX15-211 standard.
